Description
This anticipated requirement is limited to Louisiana firms residing or primarily doing business in the State of Louisiana. This anticipated requirement will be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside that will have multiple contracts awarded to several firms. Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Material (T&M), and Cost Reimbursable provisions will be contained in these multiple award IDIQ contracts for group site management services, which include ground maintenance support services, within the states of Louisiana. Contractor support is needed to maintain, manage, and coordinate group site maintenance activities to include performing inspections and preventative maintenance for the purpose of detecting and correcting incipient failures and accomplishing minor maintenance of site grounds and systems. This includes site utilities and infrastructures, buildings and structures, and grounds facilities; waste refuse services, and site upkeep identified by FEMA throughout the State of Louisiana. This anticipated contract will have a duration of five (5) years without any options. The periods of performance will be established in each Task Order. The procedures to be used for awarding this contract will be via a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation will be made available through GPE (FedBizOpps.gov). A paper RFP will not be issued. The anticipated release date of the RFP is 26 May 2006. The anticipated award date of this anticipated contract is 01 July 2006.
