- The Billings Area Indian Health Service is requesting quotes in accordance with the requirements of Request for Quotation (RFQ)-10-06-034-REL. The contractor shall provide all labor and materials to install air conditioning units in the Government quarters and Environmental Health and Supply Offices on the Wind River Indian Reservation, Fort Washakie, Wyoming. The project consists of installing nine (9) new air conditioning units, evaporator coils, refrigerant line sets, and thermostats at Indian Health Service Quarters 74, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, Office of Environmental Health (76), and the Supply Department (75). The new air conditioners are to be Lennox Elite Series XC13-024 with matching coil or equal. The project includes all work to install a fully functional HVAC system such as duct adapters, gas piping, refrigeration, electrical, conderser unit pads, and venting. The estimated price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The tentative issue date of the solicitation is May 22, 2006, with a closing date of June 9, 2006. The completion time is 90 calendar days after notice-to-proceed. This project is restricted to 100% Small Business concerns.
