- DESCRIPTION: Electrical system upgrade at Kincaid Recreation Area, Calcasieu Ranger District, Kisatchie National Forest, Radides Parish, Louisiana. GOVERNMENT COST ESTIMATE: Between $100,000 and $250,000.00. LOCATION: From Gardner, Louisiana, take Parish Road 279 approximately 4 miles to Forest Service Road (FSR) 205. Take FSR 205 approximately 3 miles to the site of Kincaid Recreation Area camping. PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: Will be held June 21, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. CST, at the Calcasieu Ranger District Office. The Calcasieu Ranger District Office is located two miles east of Gardner and ten miles west of Alexandria, Louisiana. Office phone number is (318) 793-9427. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS: Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry and must have completed a profile in the Online-Representations and Certifications database prior to award of a contract. Registration may be completed on the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov/. Vendors must also be registered in ORCA (Online Representations and Certifications) prior to contract award, and may accomplish this on the Internet at http://www.bpn.gov. You must be registered in CCR and have an MPIN number before you can begin ORCA registration. SET-ASIDE: None. This project will be issued subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, and will be available for FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. NAICS code is 238210.
