- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source supplemental agreement to an existing simplified order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. USDA Food Safety Inspection Service intends to award to Bay State Computers, 4601 Presidents Drive, Lanham, MD 20704 shipping services and freight costs supplemental to an existing order. Bay State Computer is in possession of FSIS's PCs, laptops and peripherals in their warehouse which total approximately 1100 boxes for shipping to FSIS locations nationwide. Bay State Computer is responsible under the current order for warehousing and packing the boxes. All shipments must be completed by May 31, 2006. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. A determination by the government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
