- Solicitation SP0750-06-R-4343 is an Unrestricted Acquisition for NSN 2540-01-186-0969, MOTOR ASSEMBLY, WINDSHIELD WIPER. TWO SPEED 24 VOLT. DC. The quantity is 6224 each, In accordance with IAW TACOM Drawing 19207 12342501 and all related data. Contractor First Article Testing Required -Clause I09A03 applies: THREE (3) UNIT- 45 days. Approved source is AM General (34623). Requested delivery is 165 days ADO to Texarkana, TX and New Cumberland, PA., 240 ADO with First Article Test. NSN requires ORIGIN Inspection and Acceptance and FOB DESTINATION. JCP Certification is required. Quotations must be submitted in written form. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of June 1, 2006 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance JWOD, Socioeconomic and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
