May require stringent, non-destructive testing and specialized welding procedures, refer to specifications, drawings and drawing notes. Price shall include delivery to Lakehurst, NJ. Required Delivery Date is 60 days after receipt of order. Export Controlled Data included, a certified DD Form 2345 must be submitted (FAXED) with request for RFQ Package. Request RFQ Package in writing (FAXED) to POC listed by 07 February 2006. Quotes are due COB 22 February 2006. All contractors seeking award must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
