- Description
- The United States Postal Service hereby submits a Request For Proposal (RFP) for Terminal Handling services to support the surface transportation of mail for the Dallas Surface Transfer Center (STC). The U.S. Postal Service anticipates a single award from this RFP. The contract awarded under this solicitation will be for a term beginning on August 26, 2006 and ending close of business, September 30, 2008. All proposals must meet all of the requirements as described in this solicitation. Signed initial pricing proposals must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on June 12, 2006, by email, mail, or in person to the contracting officer addressed above. On June 23, 2006, qualified offerors will be invited to participate in a reverse auction hosted by Global eProcure.
