- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Terence O?Brien, 335 Crown Vetch Lance, Alpharetta, GA, to continue to conduct negotiations for management in a series of national negotiations, including the negotiation of a Master Labor Agreement covering approximately 85,000 employees in a consolidated Service-wide bargaining unit, from May 19, 2006 ? May 18, 2007. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirement shall submit written quotations demonstrating their capability within 5 days from the posted date of this announcement. No written solicitation will be issued, therefore such requests for solicitation will be considered non responsive.
