- Marine Corps Regional Contracting Office - Southwest intends to negotiate an Indefinite Delivery Requirements Contract for a base year with four (4) one year option periods for Swimming Pool Chemicals. The swimming pools are maintained by the Facilities Maintenance Department, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton California. This is an unrestricted procurement. This acquisition is being processed in acordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5 (Test Program for Certain Commercial Items). Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for award (NO EXCEPTIONS). Contractors may obtain information on registration in CCR via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov. This solicitation is available for download at www.neco.navy.mil. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed.
