- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-03-G-0014 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC) on an other than full and open competition basis. The delivery order will provide the non-recurring effort required to provide Voice and Video Module (VAVM) installation and test procedures necessary to retrofit Flight Management Computers in both the MH-60R and MH-60S helicopter platforms. This is a notice of intent to issue a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-03-G-0014 with Lockheed Martin Systems Integration-Owego (LMSI-O), 1801 State Route 17C Owego, NY 13827-3998.. LMSI-O is the sole developer of the Flight Management System Computers in the MH60 helicopter and therefore the only source with prerequisite knowledge, experience, and technical data necessary to continue the development of the system.
