- The DHHS, Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (ODPHP) has a requirement for a one year subscription of Health Library powered by EBSCOhost. This requirement is being issued by Gov.Works under the franchise authority of the Department of the Interior on behalf of the ODPHP in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial items. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with EBSCO Publishing for this requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Only the Health Library provides access to the Natural and Alternative Treatments and Procedure Animations. Health Library is also the sole source provider of this information in Spanish.
