Contract Specialist: Amy Aqueche 912-652-5705 Project Manager: Charles Grainger 912-652-5642 THIS NOTICE IS NOT INTENDED TO SOLICIT INTEREST FROM NEW CONTRACTORS FOR THIS RFP, BUT TO NOTIFY POTENTIAL SUBCONTRACTORS OF THE PRIME CONTRACTORS SELECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SECOND PHASE OF THIS TWO-PHASE DESIGN BUILD PROJECT. Phase One has concluded and offerors have been selected to proceed to Phase Two. The following offerors will be provided RFP documents and invited to participate in Phase Two: (1) Clark Construction Group, LLC/Hunt Construction Group, Inc., Joint Venture; (2) Phelps/Kiewit, Joi nt Venture; and (3) Turner-Tompkins/Caddell, Joint Venture. Phase II documents are For Official Use Only and will not be posted on the internet. Interested contractors are encouraged to contact the selected Phase II offerors.
