- Rebuild / retrofit, a SIG Gun Drill (WV-12216), Model BS 31/ TE 30 NC, Serial Number 25 409 at the Watervliet Arsenal in accordance with Manufacturing Engineering Specification 8-07-3413 dated April 13, 2006. One year standard commercial warranty is required, effective upon final acceptance by the government representative. Evaluation will be based on technical capability as determined by responses to statement of compliance. Offerors are encouraged to perform a site visit to evaluate the machine and functionality of the systems involved in this project. Site visit instructions will be included in the solicitation. PLEASE NOTE: This requirement is part of the financial plan for FY2007 and is unfunded at this time. Solicitation W911PT-06-Q-0219 will be posted on May 29, 2006 and will close June 28, 2006. Anticipated award date is on or before July 10, 2006 award will be made contingent upon funding. Telephonic requests for copies of the solicitation will not be accepted.
