- This synopsis is for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 12). This acquisition is restricted to N&L Enterprises L.L.C, Huntsville, AL. N&L Enterprises L.L.C is the authorized reseller for the OEM, Compul ink, for Laserfiche Document Management software. Compulink is the only source who can develop code for their software to remain a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) product, and ensure compatibility capabilities and licensing agreements in order to meet the Governments requirements. The solicitation consists of one Contract Line Item Number (CLIN 0001) , Quantity: 1, Unit of issue: 1 job, Description: Outlook Integration with Laserfiche Customization programming for COTS product by OEM. Contract will be F FP and FOB Destination, Redstone Arsenal, AL. Inspection and Acceptance to be performed at Destination. This proposed contract action is for services/supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. All responsibl e sources that submit a proposal, which is timely received, shall be considered by this agency.
