Destination with deliveries quantity of 38 going to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Required Delivery Schedule 38 kits , 220 Days after Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, Cage Code 8V613. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possib le to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation.
