Description

The U.S. Army, Carlisle Barracks, PA has a requirement for a 16' X 64' modular office trailer, to be located adjacent to the parking lot of building 950 on Army Heritage Drive, Carlisle, PA . The trailer must be at ground level and will serve as a customer base for public schools and veterans groups. The contractor shall provide all labor and materials for a complete and operational modular office manufactured and installed in accordance with the specifications. Work includes site excavation, unit c onstruction and installation, electrical connection, phone and network connections, concrete sidewalk installation and turf restoration. This procurement is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220. The size standard is $31M average annual receipts for the past three fiscal years. Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system.
