- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1B3H16108A300 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09 19 Apr 06. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 561710, with annual gross revenue not to exceed $6 million. Statement of Work: 1. SCOPE: The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, chemicals and transportation necessary for the termite control multiple housing units. 2. PRINCIPAL FEATURES: There are a total of 15 units projected to need termite treatment. A site visit has been scheduled to view housing units currently identified for treatment. 3. GENERAL: Contractors shall be certified/licensed by the state of Oklahoma and US EPA. Chemical to be used shall be Termidor SC, Termidor 80 wg or equivalent. Copies of the contractor?s current certification, chemical label and MSDS shall be provided to contracting officer prior to the start of contract. (End SOW). All work shall be performed IAW SOW. Award shall be made only to contractors who have registered with Central Contractor.
