Description
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-06-Q-0249 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-07. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 331316 and small business size standard 750 Employees. (v) The contractor shall provide the following items: 2.75-inch Rocket Transport Modules with aluminum Tubes. Part number: X20015505-10 (12 EACH) or equal. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 52.204-7--Central Contractor Registration, 52.209-5--Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Proposed Debarment, and Other Responsibility Matters, 52.209-6--Protecting the Governments Interest When Subcontracting with Contractors Debarred, Suspended, or Proposed for Debarment. (vi) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price. (vii) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at, 52.204-8, Annual Representations and Certifications and submit with its offer.
