- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA-786-06-RP-0080 for the following supply item: Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to furnish and deliver, F.O.B. Destination 2,000 marble columbarium niche covers for Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Road, Holly, MI 48442 in accordance with the specifications, drawing, terms and conditions of the contract. Marble columbarium niche covers ordered under delivery orders against this contract shall be completed and/or delivered to the cemetery within twenty-one (21) calendar days after notification of Government approval of samples. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical Qualifications, 3) Price. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The NAICS Code is 327991. Size standard is 500 employees. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about May 18, 2006. Responses to the solicitation are due by 4:00 p.m., June 12, 2006. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at Fed Biz Opps.
