- Description
- Provide all labor and materials to replace air handling units and accessories in Bldg 2 and 3 at the Hefner VAMC, Salisbury, NC to complete work required by specifications and drawings for HVAC Upgrade, Phase II. All work shall be completed within two-hundred seventy calendar days after date of receipt of notice to proceed. This includes final inspection and cleanup. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238220. The estimated dollar value of this procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.00. This procurement is 100% set aside for service disabled veteran owned small businesses. The specifications will be uploaded on/about May 30, 2006. No paper soliciations will be issued. There are twenty (20) sets of drawings available and will be issued on a first come, first-served basis until the supply is exhausted. Company's must request the drawings in writing; telephone requests will not be honored. Faxed requests may be sent to Contracting Officer at 704-638-3453. The requestor is responsible for the readibility of the request. Bid opening will be on/about June 29, 2006. Bidders are responsible for obtaining any and all documents at the website. Government-wide number note 29 applied to this procurement.
