- The National Institutes of Health intends to negotiate and award on a sole source purchase order utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to the Cyviz LLC, 11 South 12th Street, STE 100, Richmond, Va. The Cyviz Viz3d Stereo projection system, which is a unique product for 3D visualization. It allows two separate projectors to be used to present stereoscopic images without the need for the images to be interlaced (the standard approach for 3 D projection). It is essential to the experiments it need to perform that the images presented to the two eyes be exactly synchronized (to within 1ms). And the lab workers are able to present large images onto a projection screen. The salient characteristics should include viz3dcl unit, supporting native. Sxga+ resolution of 1400x1050 (2) vew-s-prj2500 ans1 lumen 2500:1 contrast ratio projectors, integrated stacker stand, polarizing filters and (10 pair of polarizing glasses. (unit does not include active to passive stereo converter on screen) price includes on site alignment and training. It is the government?s belief that these requirements may only be met by the Cyviz, LLC, of Richmond, Va. This is not a formal solicitation; however, concerns that respond to this notice must furnish concise responses directed specifically to the requirements mentioned above. Sources demonstrating the capability to accomplish the above shall supply pertinent information in sufficient detail to demonstrate their ability to perform. Information furnished shall include enough material to perform a proper evaluation. Respondents will not be notified of the evaluation results
