Description

The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is planning a Sole-Source purchase order with David Wallenstein for a temporary storage facility. The vendor will be receiving equipment/materials from vendor's delivery trucks. The equipment anticipated will range in weight from under 10lbs to over 1,000lbs and from under 1 cu. ft. to over 50 cu. ft. in size. Storing/holding newly received equipment for up to five (5) days in a temporary holding area until the Government inventories the equipment. After the equipment has been inventoried by the Government, the contractor shall move equipment to a permanent storage area. The storage facility shall contain a minimum of 2,600 sq ft. The storage facility shall have a water tight roof system, to assure no water damage from rain/snow occurs during storage. The storage facility shall be free of rodents and pests with rodent/pest control systems in place. The storage facility shall maintain temperatures between 40/90F. The storage facility shall have a security system monitoring the facility 24 hourse per day, seven days per week. Market research was done on the storage facility and there was no other that could meet the needs of the Government within the proximity needed. This announcement is Set-Aside Sole Source, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1.
