- Description
- The Cooper Gulch Culvert Replacement project involves removal of two existing 57?x 38? culverts in the Chipmunk Drainage, and removal of two existing 83?x 57? culverts in the Cooper Gulch Drainage, installation of two precast concrete bridges, approximately 600 feet of new road, slope staking, finish staking subgrade, staking major structures, quality control (compaction testing, etc.), granular filter blanket, riprap, geocell abutment stabilization, crushed aggregate, 24? culvert on the new construction, treated timber for railings, and object markers. All necessary erosion control measures will be incorporated into the project. Cooper Gulch Drainage shall be done first and, if Option 1 is exercised, Chipmunk Creek will be constructed. The project is located on the Plains/Thompson Falls Ranger District, Lolo National Forest, Sanders County, MT. Estimated price range is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00.
