- This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for the procurement part numbered items where Nurad Technologies, Inc., Cage Code 25223, is an approved source and/or has supplied the items in the past either directly or through dealers, whether or not the NSNs are ultimately provided from Nurad Technologies Inc. There are a total of 10 NSNs to date and will be available for download on the DSCC Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) located at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ FSCs include 5985. Award will be made on an all or none basis on a NSN by NSN basis. There is a potential for split awards. Each NSN will be evaluated separately. Various quantities, unit of issue, and required deliveries with shipment to military customers in the continental United States (CONUS), outside the continental United States (OCONUS), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
