- It is this agency's desire to acquire requested items from the manufacturer due to the restrictive delivery date that must be met for mission accomplishment. As confirmed by the Small Business Administration local region Nevada, and current market r esearch it has been determined that there are no small business concerns that manufacture the requested supplies of solicitation W9124X-06-T-0007. Therefore the Small Business Restriction, Block 10, is changed to Unrestricted, and the Small Business Set-A side is dissolved in its entirety. Add to the item description, Line Item 0001, the inclusion of the Rain Fly. Delete Line Item 0002 in it's entirety as customer has determined this is not a requirement at this time. No other changes are authorized unless processed through the NVARNG Contracting Officer. The solicitation is extended and the offer must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended by one of the following methods: 1 - By completing Items 8 and 15 and returning 1 copy of the amen dment after obtaining a copy from the USPFO for Nevada P & C Office, Cheryl Fitch 775-887-7865, 2 - by acknowledging receipt of this amendment on each copy of offer submitted or 3 - by a separate letter or telegram which includes a reference to the solici tation and amendment numbers. FAILURE OF YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO BE RECEIVED AT THE PLACE DESIGNATED FOR THE RECEIPT OF OFFERS PRIOR TO THE HOUR AND DATE SPECIFIED MAY RESULT IN REJECTION OF YOUR OFFER. If by virtue of this amendment you desire to change an offer already submitted, such change may be made by telegram or letter, provided each telegram or letter makes reference to the solicitation and this amendment, and is received prior to the opening hour and date specified. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-MAY-2006); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
