PE28 4LF, Ordering Period: Date of Award through June 30, 2007. Delivery is FOB Destination of 560,000 Gallons via Tank Truck (TT), TW into 1/25,000 gallon tank, Minimum Delivery 5,000 gallons. DELIVERY HOURS: 0800-1800 MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 0900-1500 SATURDAY. Super Premium Unleaded Gasoline (UKS), MINIMUM UK 98 OCTANE, NSN 9130-99-705-2887, Line Item 862-UKS, AAFES, RAF MILDENHALL BXTRA, BLDG 163, RAF MILDENHALL, SUFFOLK, IP28 8NF, Ordering Period: Date of Award through June 30, 2007. Delivery is FOB Destination of 1,120,000 Gallons via Tank Truck (TT), TW into 2/13,500 gallon tanks. Minimum Delivery 6,000 gallons. DELIVERY HOURS: 24 /7 EXCEPT CHRISTMAS. Solicitation SP0600-06-R-0214 is being issued as a request for proposal and constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation SP0600-04-R-0108 as amended by Amendments 0001 through 0009 is incorporated by reference. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06 effective October 31, 2005. The NAICS code is 424720. DESC anticipates conducting discussions with offerors submitting proposals under subject solicitation, but reserves the right to make contract award based on the initial offer submitted. The provision at 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, with their offer. Contractors who have been awarded a contract as a result of offers submitted for Solicitation SP0600-04-R-0108 may reference those completed certifications, state that the completed certifications are current, accurate and complete and agree to notify the Contracting Officer of any changes, in lieu of completing the provision 52.212-3. The provision at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The Government contemplates award of a Requirements Type, Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment contract resulting from this solicitation. After award, the contract price will escalate / de-escalate in accordance with Clause B19.19 Economic Price Adjustment (PC&S) (DESC JAN 2005) as stated in the reference package. Offer price should be based on the reference price in effect on March 1, 2006, which is as follows: $1.684353. The reference price is the composed of the Platts, European Monthly, Eurograde 50 PPM CIF NWE Basis. Elements that should be included in the offer are as follows: price and any exception to the terms and conditions. Proposals must be received no later than 12:00 p.m., local U.S. time, Fort Belvoir, VA, on May 16, 2006.
