REF NO: HQ0034-06-R-1030 DUE: 25 May 2006 POC: Ronald McKean, 703-696-1683 (fax) 703-696-661-4164, email: ronald.mckean@whs.mil DESC: COMBINED SYNOPOSIS AND SOLICATATION. Acquisition and Procurement Office, Washington Headquarters Service, Rosslyn, VA intends to award a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) IDIQ contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures to: Southern Technologies, 790 Big Tree Drive, Longwood, FL 32752. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 238220. The following items will be procured: CLIN 0001, Spring Preventive Maintenance. CLIN 002, Fall Preventive Maintenance, with sub-CLINS for data in CLIN 0001 and 0002, CLIN 0003, PM Repair and Replacement of Parts, CLIN 0004 Emergency Service 365/24/7, and finally CLIN 0005 Plant Transmitter Calibration, with subsequent identical CLINs for four- option-period. The term of the contract will be from 1 June 2006 through 30 May 2011. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238220. The size standard is $13.0M. Contractors interested in supporting this requirement should submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government?s requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received by the publication due date of this notice in support of this contractor. A determination by the Government whether or not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
