Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease office space consisting of a minimum of approximately 6,730 rentable square feet to a maximum of 7,600 rentable square feet in Bellingham, Washington and five (5) on-site, outside reserved parking spaces. Approximately 5,630 rentable square feet of the space offered should be contiguous and located on the same floor and 1,100 rentable square feet of the space offered should be contiguous and located on the same floor without being split by a public corridor; second floor or higher is preferred. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with daytime cleaning during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Public transportation and parking must be within three (3) blocks of the building. By occupancy, the leased space and building shall meet the requirements of ADA, the National Fire Act and local fire codes. Location: North of Alabama Street, South of Sunset Drive, East of Orleans Street, and West of Britton Road. OR: North of I-5, South of Horton Road, East of Northwest Road and West of Meridian Street. All properties within these areas will be considered. Requirements: Specific services, supplies, and tenant improvements are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Term: Lease term will be for five (5) years firm with two (2) five (5) year priced options. Occupancy: Occupancy is desired for not later than December 1, 2006.
