- Amendment No 2 is issued 5/11/06 1. See attached Pre-proposal conference attendee list. (Attachment 1) 2. See attached Questions and Answers from Pre-proposal conference held in Omaha, May 9, 2006 (Attachment 2) 3. The following items are being revised from the RFP as a result of questions asked at the conference. A. Part E ? Appendix #1 and Appendix #4,tables have been revised to correct addresses, see attached revised Appendices 1 and 4 (Attachment 3) B. Price schedule - Remove CLIN 10 price schedule F? Nortel IP Phone 2003 will be removed, see attached revised price schedules, or if you have already began work on the price schedules, merely leave CLIN 10 as Zero, it will not be evaluated. (Attachment 4) C. Part C SOW, Paragraph C.9.1(B)(2)(d), page 12 of 12. Subparagraphs (d), shown below is deleted from Statement of Work ?d. Maintenance orders for equipment not covered by other provisions of this contract." End of Amendment No. 2 ----- Combined Synopses/Solicitation. Solicitation Number is DKNZ06AC001S for Telecommunications Maintenance and Follow-On Services for Government-owned Nortel switching systems located in the Omaha, NE metropolitan area. GSA may also order equipment, services, new PBX systems and/or maintenance of existing systems, located within this geographic boundary. The Government may also utilize this contract as a source of supply for the purchase, installation, maintenance and miscellaneous services for Nortel proprietary instruments, key system equipment, and ancillary devices. The Government has determined that ONLY Nortel Authorized Distributors can submit offers as prime contractors under this solicitation. All offerors submitting proposals must provide proof of their status as a Nortel Authorized Distributor. The proposing contractor will be required to furnish a current letter of good standing or a manufacturer?s support commitment letter from Nortel. This procurement will be full and open competition restricted to Nortel authorized distributors with OEM Certifications. An Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Fixed Price contract will be awarded. The term of the contract will be a base period of one (1) year with four (4) one-year options. The maximum value of this ID/IQ contract will be $950,000 over the 5 year life. The minimum guaranteed amount will be $50,000 per year. This solicitation is available at FBO website. This procurement is open to full and open competition, and not set aside under FAR Part 19.
