DESCRIPTION: The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) seeks to lease a sufficient amount of contiguous rentable square feet of office space to yield approximately 150,000 usable* square feet (plus or minus 10 percent), in a Class A or Class B office building in Dallas, Texas. The FDIC currently has an existing office lease in Dallas, Texas. The selection process for this requirement will consider the total costs of relocation, including moving services, construction of tenant improvements, and other factors. Occupancy is required on or before December 1, 2007. USABLE SQUARE FEET *Usable square feet includes space for workstations, offices, support, amenities and circulation.
