- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Reference Number N4223761160525 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This solicitation is One Hundred Percent Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS 212312. The Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, GA request the following: (1) Roadbase Limerock with three-quarter inch aggregate or less, For Foundation under Roadway, Quantity: 175 Ton. (2) Roadbase Limerock with three-quarter inch aggregate or less, For Foundation Under Driveway. Quantity: 2000 Ton. Delivery to be One Week after award of Contract. The Government reserves the right to award on an ?All or None? basis.
