- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Jacksonville Florida intends to award a sole source firm fixed-price contract to AchieveGlobal Inc for products and services support for Recruiter Professional Selling Skills and other training materials. The procurement will be conducted utilizing simplified acquisition procedures in FAR Part 13 in conjunction with commercial items procedures of FAR Part 12. Request for proposal will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be the most advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. This procurement is being processed under the authority of the test program for commercial items, ?Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996?.
