- This amendment is issued to correct minimum quantities as follows: Total quantities for the life of the contract, assuming a five year duration, shall be a minimum quantity of 150 and a maximum quantity of 3,000 each of part number 15712-1 and a minimum quantity of 100 and a maximum quantity of 1,800 each of part number 15712-2. ********** Lakehurst Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst New Jersey has a requirement for the following items in support of the Aircraft Launching and Recovery Program as follows: A five (5)-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Self-Locking Boxes in accordance with Government Drawings and Specifications. Total quantities for the life of the contract, assuming a five year duration, shall be a minimum quantity of 100 and a maximum quantity of 3,000 each of part number 15712-1 and a minimum quantity of 150 and a maximum quantity of 1,800 each of part number 15712-2. A First Article Test will be required. The Government reserves the right to waive First Article Test requirements for those contractors who have successfully provided this item to the Navy in the past. This procurement contains Technical Data subject to Export Control Laws, see note 8. The Government intends to award a contract to the offeror whose proposal offers the best value to the Government. The evaluation factors will be explained in detail in the solicitation. This Solicitation is set-aside 100% Small Business, see note 1.
