Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-05-G-0026 for the update of the current Structual Appraisal of Fatique Effect (SAFE) Fatique Tracking Software from Version 200 to Version 300. The McDonnel Douglas Corporation, A Wholly Owned Subsidiary of The Boeing Company (MDC), is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the current Structual Appraisal of Fatique Effect (SAFE) Fatique Tracking Software and is the only known source with the required technical expertise and data to meet the Governments needs.
