Description

The US Geological Survey is seeking conference facilities in the St. Louis, MO metro area with direct access to the Mississippi River for April 30 through May 3, 2007. Access to the river is necessary to conduct water sampling as part of the National Surface-Water and Hydroacoustics Conference. These dates are firm. The 4-day conference is for approximately 500 participants and will require night accomodation beginning April 29 with checkout on May 4. Rooms shall be single occupancy and be within Government per diem rate. All hotel and conference facilities that meet the date, size of facility, and have access to the Mississippi River are invited to send brochures and capability statements to accommodate the group.
