Description

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) anticipates awarding a contract on a sold soruce basis to SK Consulting. The contractor shall provide tracking of titled and untitled animals that may be received at commnercial processing facilities within the United States. There is a need to develop guidance and trackin systems to effectively monitor this activity. The contractor sall develop specific guidance and tracking systems for the administration of it's National Advisory Board. Annual maintenance of actions related to this board are sinsitive in need of specific procedures to enhance this effort. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSE ONLY: NO COMPETITIVE RFQ WILL BE AVAILABLE. This award will be made on or about the 10th calendar day from the date this announcement appears. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561499 Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid within five days of the date of the publication of this announcement, which will be considered by the Government. A determination not to continue with the acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive acquisition.
