- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Cir cular (FAC) 2005-02. This request is intended to be Sole Source from Relative Workshop. Relative Workshop has offered these items at $35,758.65. If you think that your company can provide these items and/or specs at a lower price please email me. The f ollowing commercial items are requested in this solicitation; V352 Vector 352 qty (6), VGH-SS VGH Harness w/stainless hardware qty (6), RSL-Skyhook Skyhook Reserve Static Line System qty (6), Hackey qty (6), Canopy-sm-sp190 Spectre 190 qty (6), Canopy-rs-p r176 PD Reserve 176 qty (6), Cypress Expert 2 qty (6), Gearbag-spt-m Gearbag sport medium qty (6), Pcm-c-zp Pilotchute-collapsible-zp qty (3), Hackey qty (3), Protrack ditter qty (3), oxygen helmets qty (3), assembly for spectore 190 qty (6). Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptabl e.
