Description

The work consists of the contractor furnishing all labor, tools, parts, materials, transportation and facilities necessary to perform all operations. The scope of work for this project includes to install new 8? x 8? overhead insulated sectional doors in two hangar bays, one each in buildings 1227, 1228 and one 4? x 8? industrial fire-rated personnel door in building 1338 at Eielson AFB, AK. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238350 with a size standard of $13 million. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This requirement is subject to the availability of funds. This acquisition is being solicited under full and open competition in accordance with FAR 19.10. THIS SOLICITATION IS PAPERLESS AND WILL BE AVAILABLE VIA INTERNET ONLY. Award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. **NOTE: All contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) program in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity. Contractors may access the Internet site at: http://www.ccr.gov to register and/or obtain information about the CCR program.** The solicitation will be available on or about 25 May 2006. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for this procurement. All solicitation documents will be available electronically and it is the responsibility of the offeror to register for notification of updates to this procurement via this website.
