Description

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for planning purposes only. ARCHITECT & ENGINEER (A&E) Interdisciplinary Services? Sources Sought to identify 8a, Service Disabled Veteran, HUBZone, or Small Business A-E firms for potential sources for A&E Interdisciplinary Services. . . The Project Manager must be a Professional Architect or Engineer licensed in the State of Colorado. . . A&E Interdisciplinary designs will be for a broad variety of maintenance, repair, infrastructure construction projects and studies at the USAF Academy. Experience must include the following disciplines: Structural, Architect, Interior Design/Space Planning, Transportation, Geotechnical, Infrastructure Reinvestment/Recapitalization, Educational Facility Planning, Survey, Environmental, Economic Forecasting, 3-D Visualization, Project Marketing, Project Justification, Drainage/Wastewater Engineering, Utilities, Dam, Landscape Design, Force Protection, and Energy and each of the major engineering disciplines required for a completed design as well as routine administrative coordination of the various disciplines involved. The firm must be able to work within government requirements, applicable laws, codes, and standards unique to the USAF Academy. . . All capable Service-Disabled Vet, HUBZone, Small Business, or 8(a) A-E firms are invited to express their interest.
