Description: The 56th Contracting Squadron has a requirement for to replace cap sheet in Bldg 235, Luke AFB, AZ. The contractor will be required to install new cap sheet over the Batt insulation in the roof area of Bldg 235, approximately 8,000 Sq Ft. This acquisition is set-aside for Emerging Small Business. (NAICS 238160). The solicitation will be issued via a Request for Proposal (RFP). The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000.00. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (www.ccr.gov) and the On-line Reps & Certs (http://orca.bpn.gov/) prior to award. The solicitation shall be posted on FBO on or around 11 May 06.
