- In accordance with AMS policy 3.2.2.4, the FAA is notifying the public of its intent to make a single source award to EtQ, for their proprietary software system. A competitive purchase of EtQ software was solicited in 2003 for use. EtQ developed a system for tracking Corrective Action Requests (CARS) and Flight Standards Evaluation Program (FSEP) transmittals. EtQ has the requisite knowledge and experience needed for the level of programming for projects in accordance with this software. A review of Internet sites that referenced EtQ listed only the company's and company related sites. A search of GSA Advantage provided lists of senior process analyst/consultants, but none had EtQ programming experience. The hourly rate was in line with other senior process analyst/consultants. The period of performance for this contract is one base year and three one-year options. The total estimated potential value of this contract is not expected to exceed: $774,100.00.
