- Roof Replacement at the Moisant(MSY)ATCT consisting of a Single Ply Roofing Membrane at Louis Armstrong Intl. Airport, New Orleans, Louisiana. This project is for the following buildings: 1. Base Building/TRACON is approximately 15,300 sq.ft. 2. ESU (Environmental Bldg)is approximately 2,300 sq.ft. 3. Pump Building is approximately 600 sq.ft. 4. Tower Roof is approximately 1,300 sq.ft. SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE RANGE: $100,000 TO $500,000 NAICS: 238160 - Roofing NOTE: A 15 year manufacturer's warranty and a 2 year parts and labor warranty required.
