- The Department of Justice, Executive Office for the United States Attorney is seeking to establish a non-personal service contract for Community Resource Support Services on behalf of the United States Attorney?s Office (USAO) for the District of Arizona. The Contractor shall be responsible for the necessary clerical support of the monitoring, planning, development, coordination and implementation of the required community resources applicable to the District of Arizona Weed and Seed efforts, to include the support of the eleven officially recognized sites as well as any other Arizona sites seeking official recognition. These services will be performed in Phoenix and will be required for a one year period. THIS SOLICITATION IS SET ASSIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS and the NAICS code is 561110. The Contractor personnel providing support services to the USAO must under go a background investigation prior to providing services. The solicitation number is RFQ-EOA08-6-0168. See ATTACHMENT for the following additional information: Instructions for completion of quotation package, Schedule of Commercial Services and Prices, Statement of Work and Federal Acquisition Regulation Clauses. Quotations will be evaluated in accordance with evaluation factors contained in the solicitation ?Evaluation Criteria?. All questions regarding the RFQ shall be submitted via email to Patricia.Willett@usdoj.gov on or before 12:00 noon est., May 18, 2006. Quotes are due on Friday, June 9, 2006 at 2:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. LATE Quotations will not be accepted. Quotes shall be sent via e-mail, courier, hand delivered or faxed to The Department of Justice, Executive Office for the U.S. Attorneys, 600 E Street, N.W., Suite 2400, Acquisition, Facilities and Support Services, Washington, D.C. 20530, Attn: Patricia Willett.
