- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Yazoo City, Mississippi is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RFQ-31511-0015-06 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-23. The North American Industrial Code is 335223. The small business size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation is a small business set aside. All responsible businesses may submit a quote.
