- The purpose of this Amendment is to add the following FAR Clauses, extend the response date, change the period of performance date and to provide a description on the vehicles requested as follows: FAR Clauses that is incorporated into this Solicitation: FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal. Extend the response date to May 19, 2006, 3:00pm EST. Change the period of performance to June 1, 2006 through May 31, 2007 Description of the vehicles: (Qty 3) - 2006 four door automatic sedans equipped with V6 engines, air condition, power doors, power windows, power locks, and power mirrors, comparable to Nissan Maxima, Dodge Durango, or Chrysler 300C (Qty 2) - 2006 four door automatic mid-size SUV's, can be 4X2, equipped with V6 engines, air condition, power doors, power windows, power locks, and power mirrors comparable to Nissan Pathfinder or Dodge Charger All other terms and conditions remain the same.
