- THE ISSUE DATE OF SOLICITATION SP0760-06-R-4001 IS REVISED TO READ MAY 19, 2006. THE CLOSING DATE IS EXTENDED TO JUNE 19, 2006. This solicitation is for the procurement of part-numbered items manufactured predominantly by Landoll Corp. and competitive items manufactured I/A/W drawings. All NSNs are available for download under the "Acquisition download" menu item on the DSCC InerNet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) under subject heading "DSCC Corporate Contract/Tailored Support Solicitations". Access is directly available by accessing http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil. FSCs to be covered under this project include: 2540, 2910, 2920, 3010, 3020, 3030, 3040, 3120, 3940, 4320, 4330, 4520, 4530, 4710, 4720, 4730, 4810, 4820, 4910, 4930, 5306, 5315, 5330, 5340,5365, 5930, 5945, 5950, 5965, 6100, 6220, 6680, 6685 and 9330. Numbered notes 12 and 26 are applicable. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of May 5, 2006. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available (applicable to items being procured by part number only). The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 2540, 2910, 2920, 3010, 3020, 3030, 3040, 3120, 3940, 4320, 4330, 4520, 4530, 4710, 4720, 4730, 4810, 4820, 4910, 4930, 5306, 5315, 5330, 5340, 5365, 5930, 5945, 5950, 5965, 6100, 6220, 6680, 6685 and 9330. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as descirbed in the solicitation.
