Evaluation - Change to read as follows: The evaluation of proposals shall be based on the Offeror's technical capability, i.e. ability to provide the items specified above in accordance with the requirments listed in Section A, past performance, and Offeror's price proposal. 2. Clause & Provisions Change to read as follows: 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items (Apr 2006) (b) Items 1, 7, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 26, and 31. 1352.246-70 Inspection and Acceptance (Mar 2000) (Inspection and acceptance will take place at Aircraft Operations Center, MacDill AFB, FL) 3. Add the following Clauses: 1352.247-70 Packing for Domestic Shipment (Mar 2000) and 1352.247-72 Marking Deliverables (Mar 2000)(Mark deliverables with the contract number) NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (10-MAY-2006); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
