- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Newport, RI intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the following item. 1. Rubber Boot (Cylinder) per Honeywell Drawing 37271186 Rev C Qty 10 EA. This acquisition will be processed using Commercial Procedures FAR Part 12. Delivery F.O.B. Destination, Newport, RI 30 days after contract award. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. See note 1. NAICS CODE 326299, 500 employees. Estimated RFQ release date is April 21, 2006.
