- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled the development of a one year test plan of JDSU 980NM single mode lasers with non-standard fibre Bragg gratings, solicitation number, NNG06145876L which was posted on March 6, 2006. You are notified that the following change has been made: This synopsis is now going from a non competitive state to full and open competition. The due date for responses is extended to May 24, 2006.
