Question: Will all the PCR products be generated with the same primer pair, requiring only two primers for sequencing of all PCR products, or will they be generated with different pairs of primers? This information is necessary for cost analysis. Answer: same primer pair; only two primers Question: Are you issuing a hard copy request in the standard form 1449? Answer: no Question: The NAICS code on this solicitation is 541380. Can companies with NAICS 541710 bid? Answer: yes Question: The request for sequencing indicates that the customer wants finished, edited sequence for PCR products of 500 ? 600bp in length. Can sequencing reads in a forward and reverse direction, delivering chromatogram files, and .seq and .qual files. Also, the request asks for a restriction map of the finished sequence. Can the scientist please elaborate on what this entails? Answer: forward and reverse reads are sufficient.
